Internship Final Reflection

Did you meet your goals?

Yes i did, i made a goal for myself, to finish anything that i was given. My goal was to overcome any challenge that came my way. I believe I did meet my goals. I overcame the challenges and finshed my "job".

What are the most important things you’ve learned?

I learned to respect people and work with them. I learned to be friendly, professional and serious. I learned how to overcome my challenges.

In what ways have your grown?

I grown in taking responsability for my actions. I have grown mentally by challenging myself.

What were the highlights of your internship experience?

I have grown in many areas; speaking, listening and analysing. I have learned many things. My co-workers were like my brothers and sister.

If you can, describe a memorable moment or experience.

One time I was given a task to complete. It took me 2 weeks to finish it. In these 2 weeks I became smarter and smarter each day.

What challenges did you overcome?

I overcame the challenge of fear. I was always scared that i will mess up on something but later I overcame that fear. Now i know that i will learn from my mistakes.

What advice would you give a new intern at this site?

This is the advice i will give to new interns; Always be true, keep your eye on the ball, in other words stay focused.

What will you miss about your internship?

I will miss all the people that were there for me when i needed help. I will miss all the work that was given to me. I will also miss going to my internship. This was a great experience.
